• Services Provided

3.1 General Description

AMZ Square offers a comprehensive suite of ecommerce services, including but not limited to:

• Setting up ecommerce stores on platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and TikTok.
• Integrating social media handles with ecommerce stores.
• Integrating dropshipping CRM for product hunting and order fulfillment.
• Product hunting and listing, including private label products.
• Creating and managing content for social media.
• Running both organic and paid marketing campaigns on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Maintaining and optimizing existing ecommerce businesses.

3.2 Detailed Services

• Store Setup: We will create and configure your ecommerce store on the platform of your choice, ensuring it is ready for operations.
• Social Media Integration: We will link your social media accounts with your store to streamline marketing efforts.
• CRM Integration: We will implement a dropshipping CRM to facilitate product hunting and manage order fulfillment efficiently.
• Product Sourcing and Listing: We will hunt for and list at least 15-20 winning products on your store, ensuring they meet market demands.
• Content Creation: Our team will generate high-quality content for your social media handles to attract and engage your target audience.
• Marketing Strategies: We will devise and implement effective marketing strategies, including PPC and social media promotions, to boost sales.
• Order Fulfillment: We will manage the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Brand Development: We will assist in the design and development of your online brand to establish a strong market presence.
• Existing Business Maintenance: For clients with ongoing businesses, we will maintain and optimize your current operations to enhance performance.

• Client Obligations

4.1 Provision of Information

Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for AMZ Square to perform the services. This includes, but is not limited to, account access, product details, and marketing preferences.

4.2 Compliance

Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. AMZ Square is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the Client’s non-compliance.

• Refund Policy

Our comprehensive refund policy is designed to provide transparency and peace of mind. Clients are advised to review the refund policy separately to understand the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

• Confidentiality

6.1 Confidential Information

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged during the course of the agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, customer data, and financial information.

6.2 Data Protection

AMZ Square will implement reasonable measures to protect the Client’s data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

• Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

Clients retain ownership of all intellectual property rights to materials provided to AMZ Square. AMZ Square retains ownership of proprietary processes and methodologies used in delivering the services.

7.2 Use of Materials

AMZ Square may use the Client’s materials solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.

• Limitation of Liability

8.1 Exclusion of Liability

AMZ Square is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenues, arising from the use of our services.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims related to the services will not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services in the six months preceding the claim.

• Term and Termination

9.1 Term

The agreement will commence on the effective date specified in the service agreement and will continue until terminated by either party as outlined below.

9.2 Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty days’ written notice. AMZ Square may terminate the agreement immediately if the Client breaches any terms and fails to remedy the breach within ten days of receiving notice.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, AMZ Square will cease all services, and the Client will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.<br

• Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the service agreement. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

• Amendments

AMZ Square reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

• Miscellaneous

12.1 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with the service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition will be effective unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
