This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures under which refunds may be issued, ensuring transparency and fairness.

  • General Refund Policy

1.1 Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our services and strive to meet the unique needs of each client. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 30 days of the service delivery to discuss your concerns and potential solutions.

1.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The service provided did not meet the agreed-upon specifications outlined in the contract.
  • The service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe due to reasons within our control.
  • The client has canceled the service prior to the commencement of the project or significant progress.
  • Specific Service Refund Policy

2.1 Ecommerce Store Setup

  • Shopify Store Setup: If you are not satisfied with the initial design and setup of your Shopify store, you may request revisions. If, after revisions, you are still not satisfied, you may request a partial refund, provided no sales have been made from the store. Refunds will be issued minus any costs incurred for work completed.
  • Amazon Store Setup: Due to the complexity and time-intensive nature of setting up Amazon stores, partial refunds may be considered if the service has not been fully rendered or significant progress has not been made. This includes but is not limited to product research, supplier negotiations, and initial listings.

2.2 Product Sourcing and Listing

  • Product Hunting and Listing: Refunds for product hunting and listing services are not typically provided once the product research and listing process has commenced. This is due to the extensive research, negotiations, and resources involved. However, exceptions may be made if there is a failure to meet agreed-upon specifications or timelines.

2.3 Marketing Services

  • Social Media Marketing: Refunds are not applicable for completed work. If you wish to cancel future services, please provide a 30-day notice. Refunds will not be provided for any marketing campaigns that have already commenced, including content creation, ad placements, and influencer partnerships.
  • Amazon PPC and Promotions: Refunds for PPC and promotional services are not available once the campaigns have been launched. Due to the nature of digital advertising, once ad spend has been allocated, it cannot be retracted.
  • Refund Process

3.1 Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@amzsquare.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Description of the service purchased
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation or evidence

3.2 Refund Review

Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review the details and respond within 10 business days. During this period, we may request additional information or documentation to process your request thoroughly.

3.3 Refund Approval

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 15 business days. The amount refunded will be determined based on the extent of services rendered and any applicable deductions for work completed.

  • Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Initial consultations and strategy sessions
  • Completed services that have met the agreed-upon specifications
  • Services canceled after significant progress has been made
  • Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of AMZ Square management on a case-by-case basis. Any exceptions will be documented and communicated to the client in writing.
